Yamani said on his twitter and quoted by the Yemeni Foreign Ministry page hours before the launch of consultations led by the United Nations Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths, the «Hodeidah is a part of our beloved country and cannot be abandoned.

The «all who thinks legitimacy could surrender Hodeidah port are delusional».

Yamani noted that the Government put a four-point initiative demands the exit of Houthis from the entire West coast, and hand over the area to legitimate Government, that oversees the security of the city, under the direction of the Interior Ministry police.
